The base rent includes real
estate taxes, water, sewer, heat, air conditioning, common area electric, and all common area maintenance.
Space is leased with tenant improvements negotiable depending upon
lease term. There is plenty of free parking in the Village parking
lot to the rear of the building. Tenants have the option of having
their name and logo on all exterior signage. There is a directory of all tenants inside each entrance. All
three levels are serviced by an elevator, one open stairway in the atrium, two enclosed emergency stairways, and a set of
M/W lavatories on each level.
